JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the HR Department in various functional areas, primarily timekeeping, recruitment, compliance reporting, and training & development.
Monitor and verify daily employee attendance and logs.
Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates and administering recruitment exams.
Conduct research and facilitate employee surveys.
Prepare and submit routine compliance reports.
Address employee HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to fresh graduates.
Bachelor's degree in a management-related field, preferably Psychology.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Methodical and process-driven approach.
Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
Strong written communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies, and procedures.
High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Flexible and adaptable to shifting schedules as needed.
Willing to work onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
