JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HR Assistant plays a pivotal role in executing and enhancing key HR functions, including employee relations, timekeeping, training coordination, compliance, policy implementation, and end-to-end recruitment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor daily timekeeping activities, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Coordinate and track employee learning and development programs, including new hire orientations, training calendars, and attendance.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and escalating complex matters to HR leadership as needed.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of compliance reports and HR documentation in line with company policies and local labor regulations.
Maintain and safeguard employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
Conduct research, data analysis, and employee surveys to inform HR initiatives and improve employee engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support business and talent needs.
Support end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and onboarding.
Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or multi-functional role.
Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) and HR information systems; experience with timekeeping or payroll systems is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Willing to work onsite at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
