JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • As a Java Software Engineer, your role involves designing, developing, and testing high-volume, low-latency, highly available, highly scalable, and responsive applications for mission-critical systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Translate business requirements into detailed design and technical specifications
  • Develop high-performance, highly optimized, and scalable systems
  • Create unit tests to ensure changes satisfy requirements and specifications
  • Work closely with the Business, Architects, and DevOps on the continuous integration and delivery of mission-critical projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Key Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and its related projects.
  • Experience in developing Web Services, APIs, or microservices
  • Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL
  • Familiarity with agile development in a cloud environment with a good grasp of various development and testing tools is desirable

Other Desirable Skills:

  • UI development using NodeJS and Angular
  • Good understanding of emerging technologies
  • Experience with Apache Kafka
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
