Job Description:

The Order Processor is responsible for thoroughly reviewing client orders, and verifying provided information and documentation for accuracy and completeness. This role includes assisting clients by clarifying requirements, providing detailed instructions, and obtaining any additional documentation needed to process orders efficiently and accurately.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in order processing for at least two years preferably gained from the BPO industry.
• Experience in handling and verifying client orders and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients to clarify requirements and provide instructions.
• Proficiency in using order management systems, spreadsheets, and relevant software.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring timely order processing.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently.
• Willing to work on night/graveyard shift.
• Willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga
